How booking works
- Pick a car and your dates. Availability is shown live, so booked days are blocked out.
- Confirm your email with the 6-digit code we send you.
- Confirm your identity on WhatsApp by sending photos of your ID. We hold your dates for 24 hours while we check.
- Once approved, your booking appears in My Bookings and you get a confirmation email.
- On delivery day you sign the rental agreement and receive the car.

- A valid ID (National ID or passport)
- A working email address and your WhatsApp number
- To sign the rental agreement when the car is delivered

How long does verification take?
Your dates are held for 24 hours while we review your ID. If you have any trouble, type HELP in the WhatsApp chat or contact us and we can verify you manually.
Can I hire a car with a driver?
Yes. You can add a chauffeur when you book.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to your door in Kenya. Contact us to confirm delivery to your exact location.
